If there is one word that comes to mind this 4800 square foot home designed for the ridge in St Andrews Heights, it would be detail. Every element of this design was thoughtfully considered by the homeowners, and their vision articulated and brought to life throughout the design process.
Spacious and luxurious living spaces make this home both a sanctuary for daily living, and a warm an inviting place for entertaining. Features include a tranquil balcony off of the primary bedroom suite, outstanding unobstructed views over the Bow River and towards downtown, an underdrive garage with a lift and workshop, an elevator from the parking level, an upper level fitness area, and a welcoming guest suite on the lower level.
