Project Story
This extensive renovation was all about bringing a solid 60s era family home into the 21st century. We added square footage over the newly expanded garage which allowed for an ensuite, and a library area overlooking the front entry. The home originally had the typical tight and dark entry and we expanded it into a bright and open two storey space to welcome people into the home.
Challenges & Solutions
Our clients wanted to maintain some of that warm 60s vibe while bringing a modern feel of clean lines and open airy spaces.
