Mellville Homes approached us with an exciting challenge: renovate and modernize a two-storey home in North Glenmore Park. They wanted to maximize the property’s potential and appeal to future buyers while ensuring a strong return on investment.

This home had good bones but didn’t have the design appeal needed for today’s market. Previous renovations left it looking dated, and its layout didn’t reflect the needs of modern buyers. Working closely with Mellville Homes, we redesigned the space, adding contemporary features and reimagining the entryway for a great first impression.

Challenges

One of the largest hurdles of this project was addressing the home’s existing structural issues. Collaborating with a structural engineer, we reinforced and enhanced the home’s structural integrity, ensuring it would look great and stand the test of time.
