Welcome to this family home, thoughtfully designed for the specific lifestyle and accessibility needs of the homeowner. This contemporary 3300 square foot home is fully barrier-free and wheelchair accessible through the inclusion of an elevator, flush door sills, barrier-free bathrooms, and open spaces throughout making this home fully accessible for the entire family.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, and a 3rd floor entertainment loft with a balcony. An extensive and elaborate deck system was designed to take full advantage of the site topography and location.
Currently under construction, Spring 2023.

Challenges

This site has a significant drop of 3.29m from back to front which made for some challenges in design. Creating a barrier free home also means additional care must be given in designing the structural components of a home.
