Project Story

This stunning mountain getaway was designed for a couple planning not only for their current active lifestyle, but also for their future retirement.  Our aim was to design a home that would fit in with the beautiful mountain landscapes that Fernie offers, and to ensure that we were creating spaces that would meet both present and future needs. As this property will eventually transition from vacation home to permanent home, we wanted to be sure that the design and functionality would stand the test of time. 

Given the popularity of Fernie as a holiday destination, our clients also had us incorporate a secondary suite that can be used as a vacation rental.
