Project Story

This home was designed specifically for the developer of Springwater Hill at Columbia Lake, for use in their marketing of this beautiful East Kootenay development.  We collaborated with their team to create a design that would help potential buyers envision life in this burgeoning lakeside community.  

This walkout bungalow showcases design features focused on the beauty of the region, with floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings for a sense of sweeping openness, and multiple outdoor amenity spaces perfect for lakeside living.
