Discover
During discovery, we will work closely with you to gain a clear understanding of your vision, desires, and needs. We want to get to know you and learn what your priorities are so that we can protect them throughout the life of your project.
Do you need help finding a builder and/or an interior designer to complete your team? We are happy to help.
Design
Now the fun begins! We begin your design by putting together conceptual drawings that put onto paper the work completed in discovery.
Our assurance to you throughout this stage is that we will pause as often as needed to ensure that we are headed in the right direction and that you are happy with your design.
Here is where we take the discovery information and incorporate it into conceptual designs. Working closely with you, and when required, the municipality, we continue to refine these drawings until we have a clear client approved direction.
Develop
At this point we will create detailed drawings, illustrating more aspects of your design using 3D modelling software to help you visualize your new home.
Approve
Whether the next stage is architectural control, a development permit or building permit, be assured we will navigate your new home through each and every approval stage that your developer and/or municipality requires.
Assist
We will be with you throughout the creative stages of your project and are happy to assist you during the construction process as well. Let’s talk about how we can help.
